All of our course facilitators are fully qualified, and we’re knowledgeable about exactly what training you and your employees need to stay on the right side of the law.
What We Do
Every course we facilitate are refresher courses, meaning that all candidates should have done these previously.
Mandatory Refresher Training for Health Care Professionals
Healthcare professionals are required to undertake mandatory yearly training; however, it can sometimes be confusing as to what should and shouldn’t be done – that’s where we come in! We know exactly what needs to be done, and are fully aligned with the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).
Not only will the above be covered, but we also add in additional modules to create an all-encompassing and robust curriculum that will provide each candidate with additional knowledge and confidence.
Midwives - Skills & Drills Simulation for Midwives
Aimed at newly qualified midwives, or those that have been in the profession for a number of years, our Skills & Drills Simulation for Midwives training is designed to enhance candidates’ knowledge of midwifery, bring them up to date with the latest guidance and give them the confidence in a range of situations.
PMVA - Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression Training Course
This course explores the six stages of managing aggression and challenging behaviour including physical and non-physical defence strategies suitable to the NHS. In addition, this course includes advanced physical intervention skills.
Office workers
If you have more than 5 employees it is a legal requirement to have Health and Safety Training. We will carry out a risk assessment on your business to assess exactly what training you and your employees require to work safely and legally.
